Intercable products are used in many areas with high safety and quality requirements. To ensure product quality, a well-equipped testing laboratory with the appropriate specialist personnel is available. For our hydraulic press and cutting tools or our safety tools for work under tension, with appropriate CE or GS marking, we meet with our internal testing laboratory all customer requirements, as well as all applicable legal obligations and valid standard requirements.
Having an efficient organization and management system as per the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001 alone is not enough to meet our customers' expectations.
Quality is not only a part each of our employees' daily life, but also that of our business partners and suppliers, who make up part of our Quality system. The zero-error principle is our highest precept!
From various climatic tests (temperature tests from -70 ° C to + 180 ° C, salt spray chambers), tensile pressure and torque test systems for the detection of mechanical strengths, microstructures with corresponding microscopes for macro and microanalyses, 3D coordinate measuring machines, video and contour measuring systems for dimensional checks, hardness testing machines (Shore, Vickers, Rockwell), up to the insulation and high voltage test system for electrical tests, as well as test stands for the 100% output test. We guarantee the highest level of safety and quality every day.
